Hey there! I'm Finn Shaughnessy, the founder of Z-Pak , a cutting-edge marketing company tailored for the Gen Z era.

I was Born and raised in Chicago, but recently conquered the west coast as a student at the University of California-Irvine. Ultimately deciding to get back into touch with my Midwest roots, i recently transferred to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where I plan to finish undergrad.

I'm a Gen Z enthusiast and a relentless believer in the power of human behavior. My journey began at the UC Irvine, where I immersed myself in the world of cognitive science. This unique academic path has given me a distinctive edge in the marketing industry. And I’m eager to continue my journey at UIUC’s Brain and Cognitive science program.

Well, here's the scoop – understanding the intricacies of how our brains work, think, and make decisions is like having a secret decoder ring for Gen Z behavior.     Hey, everyone! I’m Gavin Perez, and I’m beyond excited to be a part of the Z-Pak squad. My journey’s been anything but typical, and I think that’s what sets me apart in this Gen Z marketing space.

    I’ve never had just one place to call home. Moving from city to city has given me a unique ability to adapt and connect with people from all walks of life. This constant change helped me learn how to communicate across different cultures and perspectives, which is crucial in today’s marketing world.

    As a Communications major at Florida Atlantic University, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what makes Gen Z tick. I know how to decode the fast-moving trends and attitudes that define our generation. It’s more than just marketing—it’s about understanding the pulse of Gen Z and how we interact with the world around us.

    At Z-Pak, I’m bringing my diverse experiences and communication skills together to create powerful marketing strategies. My goal? Not just to reach Gen Z, but to create a genuine connection that speaks to who we are and what we care about.

    What’s up! I’m Julian Colon, and I’m thrilled to be part of the dynamic Z-Pak team. My path to marketing wasn’t exactly planned, but it’s been a rewarding ride that started in my hometown of Chicago.

    Chicago is a city full of culture, creativity, and opportunity, and it’s where I first got a taste of the power of marketing. Growing up in this city, I saw how effective branding and storytelling could shape how people see the world around them.

    While I’m a Kinesiology major at Illinois State University, my passion for understanding human behavior naturally led me into the world of business and marketing. I found that the same principles I learned about physical movement applied to consumer behavior—understanding what drives people is at the core of both.

    As an African American and Hispanic individual, I bring a blend of cultural insight that I use to craft marketing strategies with a fresh perspective. At Z-Pak, I’m combining my Chicago roots, my non-traditional background, and my unique view of the world to ensure brands not only catch the attention of Gen Z but leave a lasting impression.

    Hello! I’m Isabela Lumas-Sanchez, and I’m excited to share how my passion for social advocacy, law, and marketing aligns with the innovative goals of Z-Pak.

    As an African American and Spanish woman raised in the diverse neighborhoods of Chicago, I’ve witnessed firsthand how powerful marketing can be in amplifying voices and driving change. The way messages are crafted and delivered can either build bridges or reinforce barriers, and that’s what drew me to both law and marketing—two fields with the potential to shape society.

    I’m currently pursuing a Political Science degree at Loyola University Chicago, where I’m focused on the intersection of law and communication. I’ve always believed that marketing isn’t just about selling; it’s about creating authentic relationships and giving underrepresented communities the platform they deserve.

    A bit about me, I’m a  proud Nigerian-American, born in Chicago, and I've recently expanded my horizons by working in the corporate world on the East Coast. Growing up in one of the most dynamic cities, I quickly learned how to adapt to fast-paced environments and navigate complex challenges. Through my entrepreneurial ventures, such as sneaker reselling, and my corporate experiences, I've connected with a wide range of professionals, each offering valuable insights.

    Currently, I'm a senior at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, pursuing a degree in Economics and Informatics. This academic foundation has provided me with a strong understanding of the intersections between emerging technologies, data analytics, and the modern economy—insights that I’m eager to apply in the marketing space.

    I'm Seth Kalia, and my journey has taken me through multiple cities, but the Bay Area of California is where I’ve planted my roots. As an Indian American civil engineer major at the University of California-Irvine, I’ve had the unique opportunity to see how diverse environments shape not only infrastructure but also the people and cultures within them. I’m thrilled to bring my multifaceted background into the world of marketing with Z-Pak.

    Growing up in various places has taught me that meaningful connections transcend geographical boundaries, much like the projects I work on as a civil engineer.
